What counts as usage?
The agent's work: researching, writing, citing, editing. Reading and exporting your document don't. Usage resets monthly. On Plus and Pro you can switch on extra usage at a per-use rate, under a cap you set.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Anytime, from your account. An upgrade applies at once. A downgrade or a cancellation applies at the end of the period you've paid for. Your documents stay.
Do I need a card for Free?
No. You add one only when you move to Plus or Pro.
