Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in one click. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop to Free. Your documents stay with you.
What counts as usage?
The agent's work for you: researching, writing, citing, and editing. Reading your own document and exporting it don't count. When you reach your monthly limit, Plus and Pro can keep going: switch on extra usage and you continue at a small per-use rate, up to a safety cap so there's never a surprise bill. Free picks back up at the next monthly reset, or whenever you upgrade.
How do billing and usage limits work?
Simple and monthly. You're billed monthly for your plan, and your AI usage refreshes on the same monthly cycle, so you start each month with your full allowance again. Use it steadily or in one big push before a deadline, whichever suits you. You can always see where you stand in your account under Usage, including when it resets.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at your next billing date, so you keep what you're paying for until then.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free needs no card. You only add one when you choose to upgrade to Plus or Pro, and you can remove it again whenever you cancel.
