Three simple layers. You're billed monthly for your plan. Your AI usage refreshes every week, so a heavy week never carries over and you start each week with your full allowance again. Inside the week, a 5-hour burst window opens with your first message, so one long sitting can't drain the whole week at once. You can always see where you stand in your account under Usage, including when each window resets.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at your next billing date, so you keep what you're paying for until then.

No. Free needs no card. You only add one when you choose to upgrade to Plus or Pro, and you can remove it again whenever you cancel.
